A Journey of Deepening Connection and Skill
My path to osteopathic manual therapy began with a profound immersion in the intricacies of the human body. Under the guidance of a mentor in Berkeley, California, I embarked on a journey of hands-on learning, sculpting the body’s joints and surrounding tissues from clay. This experience ignited a passion for understanding the body’s interconnectedness and laid the foundation for my future work.
Assisting my mentor in her practice for eight years further refined my skills, inspiring me to pursue extensive training in diverse healing modalities. This ongoing commitment to education has deepened my understanding of the body’s innate wisdom and its capacity for healing.
My approach is gentle and non-invasive, working with the body’s subtle energies to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability. I am dedicated to helping my patients cultivate greater body awareness, enhanced quality of life, and a renewed sense of joy.
